Creation’s Light

From Eden’s Promise to the Lamb’s Reign

Every hope was drowned that night,
Crushed by fear and silent dread.
Darkness fell on heaven’s light,
Her King struck down, by violence led.

Lone, entombed, His body lay,
Slain beneath grim death’s domain.
All was black—not one dim ray;
The world’s frail heart bowed low in pain.

King of Light, King of All,
Darkened by creation’s fall.
Radiant Son, Imperial Heir,
Creation’s light—will we not share?

Earth and stone began to shake,
Creation’s Light was rising.
Eden’s promise now awake,
The hope of time arising.

King of Light, King of All,
Come reverse creation’s fall.
Radiant Son, Imperial Heir,
Creation’s light with Him we share.

Tribes rejoice—our God enthroned,
His kingdom now has started.
No pain, no tear, no death, no night;
His city stands unguarded.

King of Light, King of All,
Recreate creation’s call.
Radiant Son, Imperial Heir,
Creation’s light forever share.

Crowned in light, alive He reigns;
His people live to love Him.
Glory, honor, power He gains—
Unending praise belongs to Him.

Then dawn broke wide with death undone,
The veil of night was severed.
The dwelling place of God with man—
His light will reign forever.

No curse remains, no shadow stays,
No grave, no fear, no sorrow.
The Lamb is all our endless praise,
The Light of every morrow.

No sun to rise, no night to fall,
For He alone is shining.
Creation filled, redeemed in all,
Eternal Light defining.
